HR Partner has been named a winner in the Top 50 Products for Australia & New Zealand in the 2026 G2 Best Software Awards.

For a company that started in Australia back in 2017, this is a moment we’re incredibly proud of. We’re listed alongside brands like Canva, Xero, and Atlassian – companies that have shaped the way businesses around the world operate.

But here’s the part that matters most: this recognition as one of the best software companies in ANZ is based on verified customer reviews and market presence data for 1,163 total vendors. G2’s annual Best Software Awards rank the world’s top products using more than a million trusted reviews from real users. Being ranked in the top tier of over a thousand local companies is a testament to the impact we’re having for our customers.

When we started HR Partner, the ambition wasn’t to win awards or achieve top listings on rankings. We just wanted to build HR software that made sense for growing businesses – especially those in that 20-500 employee range who didn’t quite fit the “startup” label but weren’t enterprises either.
