We’ve been busy. Really busy.
You’ve already seen the Employee Portal get a major refresh, and recruitment too. Now it’s the admin portal’s turn, and this one is the big one. These are the biggest changes to HR Partner since we first launched, and they’re rolling out in Q3.
There’s a lot to share, and we’ll provide more detail in the weeks ahead. For now, here’s a taste of what’s coming your way.
A completely refreshed look
A fresh UI is coming to your admin portal, shaped by what you’ve been asking for. Cleaner, more modern, and more consistent, with navigation and layouts that make your everyday work easier to move through. The HR Partner you know, with less friction.
A new form designer with AI built in
Forms are about to feel completely different. We’ve rebuilt the form designer from the ground up, with easier drag-and-drop editing, cleaner setup, and more flexibility. And with AI built in, building from scratch becomes far quicker. What used to take real time and effort is now something you can get done fast.
Smarter workflows
Building the logic behind your workflow processes is getting a serious upgrade. It’s easier to set up and manage how things flow, so even your complex, multi-step workflows are simpler to put together and easier to maintain as your needs change.
Bulk employee updates
You asked, and it’s coming. Update employee salary and position details in bulk through a straightforward table-based view, instead of working through them one at a time. If you’ve ever spent an afternoon making the same change across dozens of records, you’ll know exactly why this matters.
Ada is getting a promotion
You already know Ada, your AI recruitment assistant. She’s been quietly working away in recruitment, helping VIP customers screen candidates and shortlist faster. She’ll continue to help VIP customers in recruitment, and she’ll also be available for all subscribers to help with email and form creation.
There’s lots more, too
Plenty of other improvements are coming as well, like bookmarks for the parts of HR Partner you use most and clearer date displays across the platform, all designed to make your job that bit easier.
