HR Partner has a brand new look

Based on feedback from customers, we’ve refreshed the user interface of HR Partner to make it cleaner, more modern, and easier to navigate. Your favorite HR Partner features are still right where you expect them to be. We’ve simply made the experience of using them smoother, with a more consistent design across the entire platform.

This is the biggest visual update we’ve ever shipped, bringing a fresh new experience to every corner of HR Partner.

Choose the look that works for you

Everyone works a little differently, so we’ve added three color themes to choose from: pink, indigo, and purple.

Pick the one you like best, and your choice will carry across HR Partner for a more personalized experience every time you log in. You might want to use one color theme for your Admin login account and then a different one for your Employee Portal.

We’ve refined layouts, spacing, and page design to make important information and actions easier to spot. Whether you’re reviewing employee details, approving leave, or managing recruitment, everything feels clearer and more streamlined.

This update is part of a wider evolution of HR Partner.

We’ve already refreshed Employee Self Serve Portal, recruitment, job boards, and application forms. Now the same clean, consistent experience runs throughout the platform, connecting the admin, employee, and candidate journeys.

And it carries over to mobile too

HR Partner is now fully mobile optimized, giving admins, employees, and candidates a seamless experience across devices. Whether you’re managing HR tasks, submitting requests, entering timesheets, or applying for roles, you can do it all easily from your phone or desktop.
