A fresh new look
The whole admin portal has had a makeover. New colors, new icons, and a cleaner, more consistent layout – all built to get you where you’re going faster. Navigation and screens have been rethought so your everyday work is easier to move through, with everything sitting right where you’d expect it.
It’s the HR Partner you know, just easier on the eye and quicker to get around. You’ll feel the difference the moment you log in. And you’ll have three theme colors to choose from – pink, indigo or purple.
Now fully mobile optimized
This one topped your wishlist, so we made it count. HR Partner is now fully optimized for mobile, top to bottom. Approving leave from your phone? Simple now. Admins and employees both get a mobile experience that’s easy to use, and candidates applying for jobs do too, because the job boards and application forms are mobile optimized as well. AI across HR Partner, for every customer
Ada, your AI-assistant, has had a promotion. Until now she’s been working away in recruitment, helping VIP customers screen and shortlist candidates faster. She’s still doing that, and now she’s available to every customer too, built into your forms and emails to lend a hand and take care of some of the repetitive tasks that eat into your day. A brand new custom form designer
We rebuilt the custom form designer from the ground up. Drag-and-drop editing, cleaner setup, and more flexibility to build exactly what you need. With AI on hand, even starting from scratch is quick, so the forms that used to take a while now take minutes. Don’t worry, if you don’t want to use AI, you can still built forms manually. Yes. Ada is now available to every customer to help with forms and emails, at no extra cost. In recruitment, Ada continues to support VIP customers, so if you’d like her help with hiring too, you can upgrade to VIP anytime.
